lady with dragon

She stands at the corner of a tomb in the Hall of Architecture. But why the dragon, and the tiny castle tower, and what does it mean that she seems to be pulling the dragon out by the neck?

And is that a close-fitting bodice or a bare belly with light abstract tattooing?

Good question. Close-fitting bodice, I think. But she is made of stone, so the tattoos are a possibility... can't be certain.
