Joined in on the print-making activity outside the show of Japanese woodblock prints this afternoon. Foamcore plus styrofoam plus wooden stylus plus stamp pad equals easy print-making. I found that the ink was water resistant, allowing me to add gouache to color the Japanese lanterns. If I'd thought about the shape of my sketchbook, I'd have created a vertical image. As it was, I just turned the book sideways.
